Plug the Devices (phones / laptops) which have your Playlist on them, into The Equipment, using the mini jacks / USB adapters (provided) Use Playlists on your or your friends' phones... or select playlists from our Spotify Account using our 3 devices provided.
PARTY IDEA
We all LOVE our OWN playlist & it's awesome when other's get to experience it & love it too! Spark a Battle of the DJ's, where Guests get to plug their OWN playlist into the Party! Guests get to be the DJ, complete with Microphone & all. It's easy & fun & you can tell which DJ the crowd loves, by the dominant colour of the headphones! It's the best Party within a Party!

YOU WILL NEED:
A Table, from where to set up The Equipment (DJ Table). Extension Chord IF electrical point is further than 10m from your table. A designated Person In Charge (PIC) who we'll brief on how it all works & who's in charge of managing the process.
CAN I HOST A SILENT DISCO WITH NO ELECTRICITY? YES!
The Wireless Headsets can provide up to 8 hours of full volume music play with lights. The Transmitters' batteries can also play for up to 8 hours at short range (200m) with no power. (Guests can party up to 200m from the DJ table - that's very far (!!). Transmitters reach up to 500m (1/2Km) when plugged in & then can play for *unlimited hours using electricity. Ensure your Playlist devices (phones/laptops) are fully charged as THEIR play time will determine how long the music plays. Tip: Use your Power Bank for extended playtime on devices.
DEPOSIT
A Breakage deposit of R3000 secures your booking date & confirms your acceptance of the T&Cs. This deposit is 100% refundable once The Equipment has been tested (24hrs after it's been collected). Equipment lost / stolen or damaged while in your care, will be for your account. Values are available on the Ts&Cs. 50% Of the Total Booking Price is payable 1 week prior to the booking date. The other 50% Payable 1 day before delivery / your party.
CANCELLATION
Most bookings are made far in advance for Friday or Saturday nights & availability is very limited. A cancellation fee is applicable if Bookings are cancelled / dates changed. The less time we have to replace the booking (due to bookings declined as a result of honoring your booking) the higher the cancellation fee. Cancellation / Change of date Rates are deducted from the Breakage Deposit at a rate of: 3 Weeks or more notice @R1000, Between 1 & 3 Weeks notice @R2000. Less than 1 Week's notice @R3000.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
To return The Equipment in the same condition in which it was handed to you. All headsets accounted for & in boxes. The Equipment is all electronic, it is pricey, difficult to source & almost impossible to repair and as such, MUST be treated with the utmost care. Please brief your guests as to the responsibility which you undertake as the Person In Charge.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
To deliver neat, sanitized, tested & working equipment to the Person In Charge. To brief the Person In Charge as to how to Troubleshoot using the enclosed instructions. Provide telephonic technical support for the duration of the 8hr Party. Provide Playlists if requested. And to collect the Equipment.
